Carrick arrives from Middlesbrough with an organized, pragmatic style. The urgency is to STABILIZE before building. In FM26, the priority is getting United back into the top 6 with Sesko, Mbeumo and Cunha as the attack. Defensively, consolidate with reliable players. The Academy youth (Heaven, Dorgu) show promise.
